InboxEx requires .Net 4 from Microsoft to be installed before you can install InboxEx.

In case InboxEx installer fails to re-direct you to .Net 4 download site, here is the link:

This is a short note to users who use InboxEx to sync Outlook with Google Calendar. Even you configured your outlook to receive emails from Google account on Outlook, you still need to configure the Google account you want to sync with from InboxEx configuration dialog window.

We just released an update with Google App Domain support.

So if your company use Google App Domain, you can use Outlook with your App Domain calendar very much like Exchange server calendar.

Please be noted that even you configured your Google App Domain Email to receive emails on Outlook, you still need to configure your App Domain Email address with InboxEx configuration.

This update also  has some nice enhancements.

Have fun.

We have received different reports from users with installation problems. If you run into installation issues, PLEASE PLEASE let us know. We’d appreciate any information on failed installations. We suspected that anti-virus software might be the top reason that prevents InboxEx from being installed.

We’d really appreciate it if you let us know of any installation issues.

Thanks

We are very pleased to announce our first public release of InboxEx for Microsoft Outlook.

While building an alternative social network on email platforms, we are releasing a powerful Outlook Add-on to public that is totally free without feature limitations.

Your email inbox is your closest private social network and today’s web centric social network is too open and too public.  We believe there is middle ground between your private inbox social network and public social network such as Facebook. We are building software infrastructure to bridge the millions of private email social network to form a massive social network without sacrificing  privacy.
